Shop Policies

  • All orders are final!
  • If you place an order with a mix of in-stock and preorder items, your order will not ship until your preorder item(s) arrive.
  • Preorders
    • Items need to be funded before they can be sent into production.
    • Preorder periods are limited to two weeks (rounded to the second Sunday).
    • There will be unlimited preorder slots for the first few days, at which point I will start limiting slots to ensure that there are enough A-grades. 
    • Once the preorders have been successfully funded, they will be sent into production which can take 1-3 months to produce. This depends on the number and the intricacy of the design.
    • The pins then arrive to me and I have to quality control and grade the pins to ensure that I am providing you with a high quality product.
    • When the pins have been graded and prepped, the preorder pins will be mailed out and in-stock availability will be updated.  
    • If for any reason a preorder item cannot be produced, you will receive a full refund for your order
  • If you are located in Vancouver, BC and would like to arrange local pickup, please feel free to contact me!
  • If you need an address change, please email me with your order number and new address before your order ships.
  • I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Once I ship out your order, I am no longer responsible for your package. In the event a package gets lost, please note that I cannot guarantee a refund or replacement. 
  • In case your order failed to deliver to an invalid address: if it was a typo on my end, I'll cover the extra shipping to send it back when it gets returned to me. If it was a mistake on your end, you can choose between paying the extra shipping to send it back to you, or a refund excluding shipping cost.
